REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to services and digital products provided by Salman Ashraf Dev Studio.

  1. Digital Services

Payments made for custom development, consulting, setup, configuration, or automation services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

  1. App Subscriptions

If a paid app subscription is launched in the future, billing, cancellation, and refund rules may depend on Shopify billing terms and the app’s pricing plan.

  1. Set-up or Development Work

For custom work, refunds may not be available after planning, design, development, setup, configuration, or delivery has started.

  1. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made by mistake
  • Work has not started
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A refund is required by applicable law
  1. Third-Party Costs

Domain fees, hosting fees, Shopify fees, Meta/WhatsApp charges, API costs, paid apps, or third-party service fees are not refundable by Salman Ashraf Dev Studio.
